Brian Johnston | CEO | Transportation & Fleet Strategy
Brian brings nearly four decades of transportation and fleet leadership experience, specializing in large-scale private fleet operations, asset strategy, transportation technology, safety and compliance, and operational optimization. He has led transportation strategy across complex national distribution networks, overseeing fleet economics, capital planning, procurement, route optimization and emerging commercial vehicle technologies.
His career includes senior leadership roles with Core-Mark International and Performance Food Group, as well as transportation and logistics leadership with Kellogg, Greif Packaging, SYGMA Network, Exel Logistics and Roadway Express. Brian has also led commercial EV implementation initiatives and has advised organizations on fleet strategy, DOT compliance and business development.
Brian is a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) and recognized transportation industry leader, with prior board and advisory service with the National Private Truck Council and Transportation Energy Institute.
Kimberly Johnston | CFO | Finance & Business Strategy
Kimberly is our finance executive with more than three decades of experience spanning financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, operations and business transformation.
She has led financial planning and performance management across large, multi-market organizations, partnering with executive and operational leaders on growth strategy, profitability, capital investment and operational improvement.
Her background spans construction, energy services and route-based service businesses, bringing a practical operating perspective to financial strategy, business development and scalable growth.
